First attended All Saints in 2014, however we did not regularly attend until 2021
Where did you live before moving to Beaufort County?
Born and raised in New Jersey, then spent 20 years in New Hampshire prior to moving to HHI.
What did you do during your working career?
Worked in the banking industry and finished out my career as a Realtor.

Prior to retirement I spent 40 years in the Banking industry.

I have attended ASEC since visiting in HHI in 2008
Where did you live before moving to Beaufort County?
Before moving to Beaufort County in 2012, I lived in the Boston, Massachusetts area, Winchester, MA
What did you do during your working career?
I was employed by Massachusetts General Hospital over 4 decades as a Surgical RN and assistant supervisor of two resident teams and 27 of those 42 years, worked alongside a Thoaco-Vascular-General surgeon in the operating room and in his office, which was the pinnacle of my nursing career at MGH.

How long have you attended All Saints Episcopal Church?
Before All Saints, Debby and I attended St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in East Haddam, CT. St Stephen’s was a very special church for us. We were married there in September of 1972, 50 plus years ago, so finding another special church was very important. We are pleased to say that we have found that special church in South Carolina. We visited All Saints in July of 2023 and we instantly felt welcomed and a place to become spiritly nourished and involved. Since we joined, I have joined the Stewardship and Finance Committee. Debby has joined the Flower Guild and is involved in planning the garden tour.
Where did you live before moving to Beaufort County?
We have spent most of our time on the east coast but primarily in New England. We are high school sweethearts and spent our first year married in the great city of Boston. Then off to Newark, De. Then back to graduate school in Rhode Island. We moved back to Old Lyme, CT where we raised our two sons. East Hampton was our final location in CT before moving to South Carolina, where we bid New England farewell.
What did you do during your working career?
I have been very blessed in my professional career. I did my research at the University of Rhode Island Robot Research Lab in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. From here I launched my career in Factory Automation, which included six patents and managing the design and construction of three, state of the art factories several for large US Companies.

The Washington DC area - near Vienna, Virginia west of the I-495 Beltway
What did you do during your working career?
I spent 26 years in the Air Force working in three different areas: strategic missile operations, 15+ years in the intelligence world, and 6 years as an arms control inspector and chief of an inspection operations division within a US Government agency. Since retiring from active duty, I have been an analyst, advisor, trainer, and consultant on arms control and counterterrorism issues - and am still working part time (as of March 2024).

I was a teaching docent at old Sturbridge Village education department and then a seventh grade reading teacher

Where did you live before moving to Beaufort County?
Having lived up and down the entire East coast in seven different locales, the last one was Alpharetta, a suburb of Atlanta, GA.
What did you do during your working career?
I taught college prep English literature and writing; after a move, I was then a free lance news correspondent for a town in Massachusetts. Later, after earning an MS in neurology, I co-taught secondary school English Lit and simultaneously assisted high functioning Special Needs students within the mixed class setting.

Before moving to Beaufort County, my husband Dan and I lived in Annapolis MD
What did you do during your working career?
I worked for IBM, first as a programmer on the Space Program, then as a consultant to IBM France on a proposal to the French Railroad and, later, leading a joint study by IBM France and the Credit Lyonais, then at the New York Stock Exchange, and then as executive manager of a number of large government contracts.
